This is a great piece of kit! I don’t find it painful at all when you use a good HA serum and plenty on the skin. Very simple to use and set up the depth you prefer. Lots of spare heads. Holds charge for ages, so less charging needed. Sturdy design, well built and well packaged (gift idea). Would 100% buy again.

I had high hopes for this microneedling pen, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. First of all, the battery doesn’t even last long enough for a single session – it dies halfway through, which is both frustrating and unsafe during treatment. On top of that, the build quality is extremely poor. The needles are cheaply attached with glue, and they literally fall out during use, making the entire device unusable and dangerous. This is not only a waste of money but also a serious risk to your skin. I would not recommend this product to anyone – invest in a better-quality device if you care about your skin and safety.

Amazing product. I bought it after reading reviews ( I normally have done in salon) . Many more expensive ones , but this had the best reviews. Very easy to use as instructions are really clear. My skin is very red tonight, so I can’t comment on results yet … but so far my skin is looking very similar to a Salon treatment.
