How to Use STEP 1. Comb out your hair. STEP 2. Apply your favorite twist or regular styling gel/pomade to your slightly damp hair. STEP 3. Allow for applied product to be absorbed into hair, about 1 minute. STEP 4. Use sponge and go in a circular motion across your head. STEP 5. Do not press heavily on the hair. Concentrate the pressure to the top of the hair if you are not trying to start dreadlocks. Spin in one direction only. STEP 6. In 1-5 minutes you will have the desired effect ***ATTENTION*** This sponge works best when the hair is slightly wet and moisturized that is at least one inch long. If you do not use a hair product the effects of the hair sponge will not last as long as desired.

Got me looking fresh.
I've used several types of sponges on my hair (its about 3 inches long). This one works best because it's small enough that I can get the full swirl motion to achieve equal curls all over my hair. It also give me the option to use both sides. On side compresses my curls the other gives them more volume and lift.
