Helps me sleep

I have been using the Dynamic Vitality Shilajit Ashwagandha Gokshura Supplement for a few weeks now, and I am loving it. The combination of Himalayan Pure Shilajit, Ashwagandha, and Gokshura helps me feel more energized helps me focuse more. The Ashwaganda has helped me fall asleep faster too. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any aftertaste. The supplement does exactly as it says. Great price too. Highly recommend.

Compare to others is low

I've been taking this product for a few weeks now and do feel like my energy level and focus have been better recently. The pills are a decent size and I like that the serving size is just one since I do take other supplements as well.

Within two days of using this, my gut started displaying classic parasitic infection symptoms: bloating and sensitivity. After the fourth and last day, extreme constipation and gas.If I could rate this as negative 5, I would.The only positive of this product is that natural herbal remedies were successful in removing the parasites that it contaons.

My body likes this product alot.My first bottle was the old yellow label bottle that matches the Himalayan Farms website. The Ingredients matched Amazon product listing.I received my new black & gold bottle today & noticed the label shows a change in Ashwaganda content. My bottle shows the Ashwaganda at 15 mg, while the product listing shows 150 mg.I contacted Himalayan Farms & I’m waiting for a reply.Update: Himalayan Farms said the label on my bottle is incorrect. Ashwaganda is 150 mg
