Best nicotine patches I’ve ever had every brand I’ve ever purchased has irritated my skin and causes extreme itching. These have had no irritation they stay on without falling off literally the best patch I’ve ever used and they’re quite cost-effective. I recommend these they’re sturdy. I even showered with one on because I forgot to put tape over it and it still didn’t fall off.! very good product here!

These are the first nicotine patches I've tried in an effort to quit vaping. I was worried that these would be fake Chinese rip offs, but after sticking a full sized patch (larger than I expected) on to test the strength I can confirm that they're real! After withdrawing for the past 2 days these finally arrived. I stuck one on and within the first 20 minutes I could feel a slight tingle and heat on my arm where I stuck the patch. Now (hour later) I don't feel the desire to reach for a vape and I feel the alertneas and relaxation that comes with nicotine. The patch sticks well to the arm as long as the area is clean and oil/lotion free. So far so good. The full sized patch is probably too high of a dose for me. I will update if my opinion changes.

I have never smoked. My husband and I started on the quarter patch, 7gram …….. no reaction. We worked our way up, no reaction. These patches work very very well. I had bought big store brands before and I’m sure they would have worked out just as well, but I didn’t want to spend the high dollar price for them again.I am 56 years old and been a smoker since I was 17/18. Also, I was looking at my Facebook memories and a picture of my beautiful deceased mother popped up in one of the pictures. It was a picture I took of her about 4 weeks before she passed. She was extremely bloated from prednisone and had her oxygen on in the picture. I quickly screenshot the picture and printed it out. I taped the picture on the fridge, beside my chair, in my bathroom, basically all over my home, as a reminder of what I didn’t want to have to go through, like my precious mother. That is what kept me from buying another pack of cigarettes along with the help of the patches.This worked for me. If you’re ready to stop smoking for ever. I have tried several brands of nicotine patches through the years and this brand has got to be my favorite. First, the price for this by far more affordable than others on the market. This brand gives you Step 1-3 all in one box for around $20. At my local drug store it's about $30 for EACH step totaling almost $100. This fact alone would persuade me to purchase these patches over brands. Second, I must say these stick on the skin great and aren't stiff like others I've used in the past. And 3rd, these really work. I was a heavy smoker and these have definitely helped take the edge off of my urge to smoke. I am currently on step 2 and will continue to the end with this system.

On my second box, helps me stay focused and not have all the food noises. I'm not a smoker use for other reasons

13 months and I still want to go buy a pack of smokes-lol! But, with these & an additional nicotine product (most tobacco products have considerably higher nicotine levels) so, depending on what your Md or pulmonologist recommends- mine essentially said that my body will tell me (nausea primarily) if you’re ingesting too much. But, everyone is different on every level. I would have given this product 3.5 stars- depending on where you place the patch (and what level of sweating you do in a 24hr period) they will fall off in a few hours or will still be 30-50% attached. I’ve lowered my additional nicotine products considerably in the past year. And the primary reason I purchased this product is due to it being perforated so once I’m able to discontinue the other products I won’t have to worry about cutting them. Either way, best of luck on your journey. Quitting smoking is probably the biggest way you can improve your quality of life- that said, even with this & the additional nicotine products- it’s still been one of the hardest things I’ve done.
