Its ok but has alot of flaws
Was kind of hard to get camera to hook up to my wifi, there is a pretty decent delay of hearing soneone talk to you after letting go to talk to them to where you miss a few words they say to you. Door bell only rings exterior not interior of your house, if you miss the call to your phone it does not take a pic if who was ringing the door bell for you to see who it was. The camera does not allow live view feed only videos when the door bell was pressed.

buy a more expensive but reliable video doorbell.
It did not come with set up instruction. It seems like I need to pry it open to charge it and to install it to the wall. It seems like it need a battery but I can't find the info of what kind of battery it needs.. It came with a charger but I can not find the hole to plug it into. Seems like it is inside.It didnt work as well. I am connected to the wifi but I am not getting a notification when I ring the bell ( I installed the application and connected the doorbell to the wifi using the app in my cell phone so the phone is communicating with the doorbell.

APP DOES NOT WORK
Product works but App does not. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I also need the number to customer service so that I can get the product and app to link together. Thank you.

Could not connect this to my phone app. Tried on my IPhone and husbands droid. Super bummed! Returned.

Unit did not come with a battery charger and the battery looks home made. Not a standard battery source you can buy over the counter.
