I bought this 2-pack of Command 5 lb Large Oil Rubbed Bronze Hooks to hang towels in our bathroom, mainly because we live in a house with hollow doors (don’t even get me started on that). But these hooks? Absolute lifesavers. They’re stylish, just what you’d expect from Command, and super easy to install. While I’m still frustrated by these cheap, flimsy doors, at least I don’t have to worry about my bathroom towels falling down anymore. These hooks are durable, reliable, and look great — definitely worth it for anyone dealing with similar door struggles!

I purchased two of these hooks to hang lightweight curtains on a fiberglass door. I also purchased the 3m heavyweight tape and used it for the hooks. I also used a 1/2 inch curtain rod. It's perfect! No issues. The hold is excellent. Very satisfied.

Sturdy, well made and esthetically pleasing

Trustworthy brand and concept. Nice looking design matches our 5th wheel with no extra holes in the wall or unneeded weight. We use the 5 lb hooks for the heavy coats and the 3 lb hooks for bath towels.

Use these for hanging coats on an apartment closet door. they have worked great so far with all the coats for almost a year now. The weight is enough for a winter coat on each hook but I don't think it could handle more than one. Have also hung an umbrella on it. The size of the hook is good but will be a little too thick for smaller loops. Same installation as any other command strip so pretty easy. It has not fallen or weakened yet. Great sturdy option when you don't want to make any holes in the walls.

The oil rubbed bronze series is very substantial. Much heavier than any of the other Command products we have purchased in the past. They fit in nicely with our decor, and will definitely be purchasing again.

These are perfect for apartment living. We just installed them, followed the instructions perfectly including using alcohol to wipe the walls down, setup our rod and curtains, and it held beautifully without strain or issue; definitely sturdy and the adhesion actually impressed my partner. Then, we realized the measurements were off, so we took the gamble and removed the side pieces we had hung to readjust. Going low and slow, we were able to take off the command strips without any damage to the wall or paint whatsoever. Yes, it left a little residue behind, but we wiped that down with alcohol again and there's no marks or wall stains left. We were able to reapply the command strips without issue, and they're hanging great! I did a LOT of research before I bought these, because we're really trying to minimize damage to the walls so we can hopefully get our full deposit back when we move out. So, for the reviewers that complained about these peeling paint, my thoughts are: pull straight down, SLOWLY, and you'll have ZERO issue. Note that I did buy two sets the first time to use 3 for the curtains in our living room. I wanted to make sure weight was evenly distributed and was cautious about how they'd hold up. I now do think you can get away with 2, but if you're like me go with 3 total and you won't have worries of the curtains falling down. Highly recommend. I'm now buying another set for our bedroom (have one extra, need two for the sides). Seriously cannot say how much I wish I did this years ago.

We bought this because of the review and because we are renting. Followed all instruction and as you can see in the picture the hook fell off and peel the wall painting.

The item was in bad shape, there are marks and paint on the hooks is removed. It shouldn’t be on sale if the used condition is that ugly

I'm a big fan of Command products, and these are particularly nice. They're metal, not plastic. Adherence is great, "install" is effortless and they look terrific. I only gave 4/5 stars for value for money, as these are pretty darned expensive. I'm hoping it'll be worth the extra money if I don't have to replace them in a year.
