Good design and great customer service
The unit received had a broken piece. The company has been extremely fast in responding to my notice of the broken piece. Excellent customer support with fast communication. The unit assembly went very well and it wasn't too bad to put it together. Great design, sturdy, decent capacity for our needs, turns well, and the doors are actually of a decent size that allows loading veggies and scraps easy. All in all I am very pleased with this product and the seller. Highly recommended.

This is what I was looking for!
This is a great product! It took a little work to get it put together, but not too difficult. It is sturdy, spins smoothly, has easy doors, and I consider it to be a good value.

Sturdy, & you need upper body strength for assembly
This review is written after a week of use and so far overall it was a good purchase. It can hold quite a bit in each of its two chambers, each one is easy to spin independently or it comes with a plastic plate to attach them for a united spin, and the assembly instructions are fairly clear even though the instructions don't actually refer to the labeled part letters. You need a good amount of hand strength to snap the joint pieces together and I recommend an electric screwdriver over the included paint key-looking one. Looking forward to seeing how it wears overtime, and how quickly it can turn pet waste into usable compost (on inedible vegetation.)

So easy to put together!!!!
I, like a lot of humans who are concerned where this country may be headed wanted to start doing more things with my land. I’ve been wanting to start gardening and composting for a while now. I did a lot of research before finally biting the bullet and making this purchase. I wanted two sides. I wanted it to be sturdy and I NEEDED it to be reasonably easy to put together. I did not want 10,000 screws and I didn’t want to have to bend over backwards to get the pieces together. This one was a little more expensive than some of the others online but it seemed to really hit all those marks! I opened it today and was able to put it together in roughly 40 minutes all by myself!I used a rubber mallet (definitely recommend), a small screw gun (also recommend) and I used the tiny wrench provided for the large screws to attach the baskets to the stand.I recommend attaching all the joint panels in a line PRIOR to attaching them to the side panels. If you don’t it will become difficult to attach each panel to the next with the connecting buckle. I did it the way the instructions said to do it for the first chamber and did it the way I just said for the second chamber and it was WAY easier.I used the rubber mallet to attach the connecting buckles to the joint panels and then I used it to bang the panels to the side panels. Other humans who have stronger ability to push the pieces together may be able to do it without the mallet but for it it hurt my hands. Using the mallet worked well. They do provide a small screw driver for the screws needed to solidly secure the side panels to the joint panels but my small screw gun was much faster and didn’t hurt it at all.I’m going to start using this today but it seems super sturdy and was so easy to put together it was not overwhelming. If it ends up sucking I will update this review but so far it’s landing perfect!!

Nice sturdy composter
Love this composter. It seems sturdy and the sliding doors make it easy to add materials. Assembly was great, my hubby did that for me. He just needed help putting the tumblers on the stand. Customer Service was excellent, they quickly replaced a few broken and missing pieces. Highly recommend this product. One month later: photo of compost made, just the eggshells and straw are slower to break down, kitchen veggie scraps and banana peels turned into dirt.

Outstanding!
I''m nominating the designer of this product to the "Mail Order Assembly Engineer's Hall of Fame!" To be sure, you will need to set aside a good hour to get this all put together. But the instructions are crystal clear; all of the parts are present, well-labeled, and fit easily together; it is heavy duty and has structural redundancies built in; it is highly functional; it looks great; and by all appearances it ought to last for at least a couple of decades. For whatever it is worth, I chose the two-bin model because it allows one of the chambers to finish composting while the other chamber is just beginning its journey. I know this sounds silly, but I can't wait to start composting!

Not easy to put together!
NOT easy to put together. I ended up having to ask a neighbor to help me install the panels. They supposedly click together by hand, but we ended up using two rubber mallets to bash the joint holders into place. Works nicely once installation completed!
