Best thing ever
I thought my car needed a different fan because it kept getting kind of warm never went over normal temperature but I don’t run normal temperature but the fan has me down to the temperature. I wanna run it so I’m very happy thank you very much.

works as it should
works fine but needed thicker wire for my application

If you need a really strong fan this is it.
This thing moves massive amounts of air. Its unbelievable how much air it moves. It can be used as a stand alone fan using a standard relay, or it can be used with a PWM controller/PWM compatible ECU. Mine came with no instructions and took some digging online to find the wiring diagram without using the coolant temp sensor setup which I am not using it. I am only using the 4 wire harness that plugs directly into the fan using PWM with a megasquirt 3 pro controlling it but i have tested it in both configurations. For those wanting to use it with a standard relay, the following connections are required. Red 10 awg 12v+ battery Black 10 awg ground Yellow 18 awg 12v+ White 18awg ground You must use a relay to trigger the fan on either of the 18awg wires. Usually the trigger is on the ground side but either the white or yellow can be used, just make sure you trigger the appropriate signal 12v+ on yellow or ground on the white wire. For those wanting PWM, the wiring is as follows. Red 10awg 12v+ battery Black 10awg ground White 18awg pwm- Yellow is not used The fan has a built in soft start feature and takes about 20-30 seconds to spin up to full speed regardless if using pwm or standard relay. This is nice to prevent heavy instant load draws but be aware at 12v it pulls 44 amps at full speed. At 14.5 it should be around 33. Make sure your charging system can handle the extra load. The only downside is how loud it is at full speed. It sounds like a jet engine at full speed. For me, the noise is something i can deal with as i needed something that can pull air through a 2 core radiator, A/C condenser, and 3.5 inch intercooler. Im confident this thing will have no problems keeping my car cool in the normal 100 degree heat in the summer. Im expecting it wont need to get to full speed so the noise wont be an issue. With a standard relay, it will be loud. Once summer hits, ill come back and edit this with the results but im sure it will be fine. I would estimate it moves 3x more air than my stock fan that wasnt cutting it.
