The smell of this bar compared to the other Kitsch conditioning bar I’ve used is far superior. I leave the product in my hair overnight once a week if I can. I had perm damage and I can truthfully tell you, it saved my hair! It leaves my hair soft, moisturized and shiny. Easy to use but don’t apply it directly to your hair, use it like a bar of soap in your hands, then apply, or it’ll be hard to wash off. Amazing product.

Very good, strong pleasant smell. Lasts very long if mid long hair. Leaves hair soft and smooth.

As others have mentioned it's a great conditioner - just doesn't last very long at all. I also find it's quite a bit harder than the caster oil shampoo to work into a lather/creamy consistency to apply to my hair. As a disabled person with very low energy it really puts me off using it, as it's far quicker and easier to use a liquid conditioner. It would also be much better value if it were bigger than the caster oil soap, as it seems to shrink twice the rate of the shampoo bar - despite using the shampoo bar twice per hair wash! Probably won't buy again, but it was nice to try it and the conditioner really is great for my hair. It makes it very slippery in the shower though so do be careful.

This product (and the shampoo bar) are fantastic. Menopausal lady, hair was thinning and just blurrr! Also, have hi-lights regularly. After a few months using them my hair is in much better. My hairdresser says it’s never been in better condition.

This coconut conditioner leaves my hair really soft, smells of creamy coconut, my partner uses it on his beard he likes it so much, even his beard is fluffy and soft, let alone my hair, lathers up better than others I have used in the past. Not heavy in the hands when using. Will buy again

The conditioner is nice but the bar falls apart and is now almost finished. I only purchased in November. I bought the shampoo bar at the same time and it's still in tact and has a long way to go (see image). I followed the storage advice too!

I am absolutely impressed with this..really silky and creamy during use. Really feels like it's conditioning my hair! I've got long thickish hair and slightly dry/coarse. I covered from my ears down with the bar and very pleased with the results. Definitely a keeper. So glad to have finally found a product that suits my needs and one less bottle (full of yuk) on the side!

Smells nice and did leave a bit of a scent to my hair. I tried to lather it in my hair by hand but that wasn't really working so I rubbed it against my hair but that wasn't very efficient either, it doesn't lather well which is a shame because it does make your hair feel very smooth, also just like it says it is good for bleach and damaged hair, though it did make my split hairs spike up but if I were to find a way to lather it in my hair better and if I left it in overnight it probably wouldn't have done that as much. Will be buying again and maybe putting in one of my old shampoo bottle so it's still eco friendly but also like normal shampoo (I do the same with bar soap because it's less messy).

Even though my hair is long, fine, and bleached, I chose the coconut oil conditioner bar because I always need maximum hydration without protein. This is my first time using a solid conditioner, and I absolutely loved it. It left my hair soft and shiny, and I also love the scent!

This is my second purchase of Castor Oil Nourishing Shampoo Bar & Coconut Oil Conditioner Combo. I love it! Lets start by saying I am a 68 year old woman with long thick, corse, waist length, dyed dark blond hair… My hair naturally is very dark with Gray sprinkles… Think asian hair. I gave up my very expensive salon products to try Kitsch, because its was less than a third the cost of mine. The reviews were just so good - I had to try it. And what a pleasant surprise I got! It lathers beautifully and the conditioner feels like silk in my hair. When dried, my hair is extra thick feeling ( if that is possible,) wavy, voluminous and soft with lots of movement. No more frizz and my split ends are pretty much non existent. The only thing that is a con for me, is the bars do not last as long as they say they do and that is probably due to the length and volume of my hair, but other than that, I can’t say enough good things about Kitsch products. So I of course highly recommend Kitsch products whole heartedly. Do yourself a favor and just buy them and try them for a few months, you’ll be glad you!

Ich mag den Geruch und die Konsistenz. Die ganze Dusche riecht danach. Doch für meine Haare (gefärbt und Extensions) reicht die Pflege nicht aus. Für natürliche, ungefärbte Haare funktioniert das vielleicht. Ich werde es nicht wieder bestellen.

Much better than other conditioner bars!

I bought the castor oil shampoo and the coconut oil conditioner. I have meno-hair & have a hard time with it being very dry and falling out. Nothing has helped. I was on the fence about buying these but did it anyway. My first impression: Castor oil shampoo - dry pleasant smell. I would say that it lathered ok and rinsed well. I worry about rubbing anything against my hair because of how easily it falls out. Coconut oil conditioner - after doing Keto for 8 years I’m a little burned out on the smell of coconut oil, so when I opened this bar I was struck but the smell. It turned my stomach a little. I kept the box in case I didn’t like it, so I could send it back. The bar was very soft and I was afraid I was going to break it. In the shower I shampooed my hair and then conditioned. It was relatively easy to coat my hair. It takes awhile to rinse but it can be used as a leave in too. It made my hair feel so wonderful. I shampoo only a couple times a week, and condition every time I shower, daily. I love it so much, and I don’t notice the smell as much now either. I plan to use this forever. Con: The coconut oil conditioner leaves a slippery oily film in the shower so make sure you have something to wash it out with so you don’t slip. Also, I have super dry skin now also and use the coconut oil conditioner on the rest of my shin as a moisturizer in the shower. I love it! Great for fellow meno-women
