Very Good Dash Cam For The Price
Was in need of a new dash cam, as our other one was getting where it would not hold a charge. So far this one has been working just fine and has all the features that we needed in a dash cam for our truck.I like that it comes mith a micro SD card already inserted for more video recording time before it loops and records over the older recording. To me it works as well as the more expensive dash cams. Plus the shock sensor works very well.

Easy install
Works good. I didn’t want a permanent install so I just put on windshield and ran wire down side and plugged into lighter. I can take out and reinstall in minutes.

dash cam?
is this a dash cam or Chinese spy tech.... i was having trouble getting a radio station the other day, one that always comes in and i happen to unplug this camera being the only new thing in the truck and suddenly my station came in loud and clear that means this thing could be putting off RF singles so what's up with that....i don't trust it... going in the trash.......messing up my radio.... buy USA only when it comes to this sorta stuff

Item not Complete
This product was supposed to come with a 32 gb SD card. This was missing. Amazon “chat” says they can’t replace missing parts of a product. Disappointing since this is the second one of these that I purchased recently and the first one is working great and had the SD card already in the slot.

For the price, you can't beat it!!
(EDIT: I have edited this review and changed from a 4 to 5 star rating, I have made a note later in this review as to why I made change)Let me start by saying that video quality/performance wise, this is a great little camera for the price. The videos are crisp/clear, even at night this camera is outstanding compared to dash cameras of a similar price range. The buttons are easy to press and the menu/operation is extremely user friendly/easy.(Edit: The following was written during my initial review, when I had just been using standard C charge cords that I already owned...the camera package actually comes with a cigarette lighter port charger with a right angled charge cord to properly plug into camera. So the majority of the rest of my review really only applies to people who aren't able to use their cigarette lighter port)So you may be asking yourself "this sounds like a 5 star item, what gives??" Well, dear consumer, the issue here is not with the camera itself, the problem is with the apparatus used to attach camera to window. The suction cup works as it should, the problem lies with where the power port is on the camera... due to the angle the camera is in relation to the windshield, the way the power cord plugs into camera puts a strain on the end of the power that plugs into camera. It forces the head of the power cord into an immediate, unnatural bend, which means it's only a matter of time before the cord becomes damaged/shorts out.As you can see by my photos, the way I got around this was to pair the camera with a different apparatus to attach it to window with. The one I have personally was only a couple bucks and honestly more secure than the suction cup style. In closing, a great camera with an unfortunate (yet manageable) design flaw. So unless you don't mind having to change your cord every once in a while, your best bet is to find a new way to hold camera to windshield.
