These are addicting. Great with beer and pretty spicy. I was sent a free sample and now keep purchasing because they are delicious. I've been buying for the past 2 years as stocking stuffers and my family always looks forward to receiving them. They are a bit pricey but totally worth it.

Definitely medium-hot. More smokey than I was expecting, almost a chipotle. It has some good tart citric acid notes to compliment the smokey heat. I'm not getting much of the sweet, fruity heat I associate with habanero peppers. Usually that has a very bright hit you in the face heat, this has more of a smokey heat that builds. It does create a nice tingly burn the more you eat, and it's quite addictive. The sesame sticks have the best balance of flavor, the nuts give it some fat that smooths out the heat in your mouth. Pretzels were a bit blah, but an expected crunch. The corn nuts were unsettling because they looked like peanuts. If they ever just make a sesame stick and nut mix that'd be fantastic. I'm disappointed that there is not a hotter mix, there's definitely some room for even more heat! I suppose not everyone thinks pain is a flavor. The price isn't outrageous if you like spicy snacks. Just don't expect the heat to blow you away if you have a high spice tolerance. It's more an additive tingly heat that lingers.

If you're not too into spicy things, these'll be pretty spicy for you. If you're the type to enjoy a ghost pepper, you'll find them mild. I'm somewhere in the middle and find the level of heat to be perfect. Enough to cause sniffles, but not enough to interfere with focus or make one question their life choices. They don't really taste like apricot, but there is a sweetness to them. They're foremost spicy, then salty, then seasoned, then sweet. And they actually taste a bit LIKE ACTUAL CHILI PEPPERS. The fresher the bag, the more likely they seem to be able to retain some of the actual taste of the peppers themselves. These are great.

Once you get the package open (which is extremely difficult), the snacks have an interesting variety and are very spicy. However, they lack any other significant flavor (or perhaps the other flavors are just blown out by the heat).

I really love this snack mix. 😋 If you like spicy 🌶️ and like a challenge 💪 this treat is for you. 🔥

I bought these for my wife who loves hot sauce and who loves snack mix. She has multiple hot ones hot sauces, including Los calientes, which she loves. We both thought these were absolutely disgusting. We threw the bag away after a few bites. I would not recommend.
