My portable monitor power cord is just a bit too short for where I usually use it. This stands in the gap and works great.

My husband and I both have a pair of JLab earbuds with the "tail" on them, and found it a little awkward to have to plug it directly into a USB port. This helps eliminate that issue, which is nice, plus it seems to charge without any issues. My only complaint is that at 5 feet, it's way longer than we need. Somewhere between 1 and 3 feet would've been more than adequate. All in all, if you don't mind the extra length, it does the job and works fine.
