Firstly I'll say. I adore the people who own this company. So helpful and knowledgeable.I struggle sleeping and have been taking a magnesium + melatonin product but it makes me feel groggy when I wake up.A friend recommended this product she found in Australia and it has been life changing.I am relaxed, I sleep effortlessly and soundly. The gummies taste delicious and I love how high quality the ingredients are.I had a few questions about giving these to my son and the customer service was prompt, knowledgeable and just overall excellent.I have also tried their 'calm' version for my anxiety and I can't believe how much it helps me. My son's have had a few surgical procedures lately and I've been stressed and the calm gummies help me feel more regulated and relaxed.

I have never written a review for anything I've purchased before. Then again, I've been able to return pretty much everything I've needed to until now. While this product tastes good, and the ingredients are pure (which is why I chose it over others), it did not work in the least to alleviate my insomnia. I did not become relaxed and never fell asleep! This morning, I had a rash over much of my upper torso, and I am not prone to allergic reactions. Given that this was the only thing I changed about my routine or diet, it must be the reason. I went to return it, but quickly learned it was not an option. If your insomnia is chronic, or resistant to most OTC medications/herbal/natural supplements I would not recommend.

I’ve tried other sleep gummies before, usually with melatonin as the main ingredient, but even if they helped me fall asleep (which some of them did not) I’d end up wake awake at odd times in the night, usually around 2 AM and I wouldn’t be able to fall back asleep. I’ve also tried sleep aid pills but they were so effective I’d wake up INCREDIBLY groggy and it’d last too far into the morning for comfort. THESE gummies not only help me get drowsy enough I nod off, but I am not woken up once they wear off and when I wake up in the morning I am no groggier than usual. Been using for several months now and am happy to say I will continue to do so!

Has a very bitter flavor. It didn’t really knock me out of anything either so not really sure if it’s worth the buy.

I woke up feeling refreshed, not groggy like most sleep aids. I love that it also includes a serotonin booster and L-theanine, two things I need more of.
