Excellent machine that works as advertised. Powerful with a sizable capacity. it makes short work of most domestic grinding requirements. I use it to powderize the egg shells of my chickens which I feed to them as a supplement. It makes them a very fine powder in just a few seconds. Clean up is easy as well. I'm really glad I got it, looking for new uses in my system.

This grinder works and is easy to clean with the brush it comes with. In the manual it says a spark is normal, it has a little flash near the dial side when it shuts off, it could be surprising or scary if you skim over that part of the book. It's super easy to operate by just turning the dial. The flour does get warm after grinding. It grinds 2 cups in about a couple minutes, I grind then check and grind again. I freeze my wheat berries to keep it cool so nutrients aren't possibly lost. It is a very industrial style machine and should be used with caution, a finger or hand could be mangled. I would not let a child or anyone with cognitive issues operate or have access to this mill. If grandma is independent but showing signs of dementia I would spend the extra money on a fancy cute mill.

The mill grinder doesn’t close properly, so i need to keep trying closing it many times because it shuts down when the inside powder comes over.

1 star for this is high, used 5 times and it stopped working, never ran it more than 30 seconds. first time I got a shocked, then When plug in and turn on it just hums, and now being told not under warranty since I bought in June. I will say this the 5 times I used it it worked great. but now it just junk. the worst part is there no contacts to get to the company, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK ELSE WERE. Dave

This mill does a nice job for the price.

This grain mill works...good not great. In order to mill the berries fine, I have to make 2-3 runs in it. It does get very warm and needs to rest about 5 minutes between runs. But it does get the job done.
