Not worth for heavy flow.
Hardly 3-4 hours it sustains if you have heavy bleeding. And if you sit , blood overflows. Wings are useless. Think about the situation generally who suddenly can't change within 2-3 hours. I was in my school thought to change pad during lunch break. Before that I got patches on my dress. I'm not gonna buy this product again.
