Very happy with the humidifier. The amount of moisture it puts in the air is impressive. I like that it can be warm or cool air, and has different levels of mist to choose from. The remote control feature is very handy, since it is in the basement by the wood stove. Please follow the instructions on how to fill it, or it will not be happy. I would purchase it again. Thank you for making a nice looking and easy to run product.

The Lacidoll humidifier is an excellent choice. In addition, the customer service team responded immediately and positively to a product performance issue I had with this unit. The item stopped working for an unknown reason and I contacted the Lacidoll team and they immediately offered a replacement unit based on the product warranty that was in place. The correspondence was easy, professional & results oriented - they treated me as a customer that valued the product that I purchased, but for some unknown reason quit working. Highly recommend this company if you need a high performance dehumidifier.

Excellent humidifier. Very quiet and you can see how much water is being put into the atmosphere. I've never seen water on the floor around it even after running it full blast all day. The unit stopped working and customer service was EXCELLENT. I would not hesitate to buy this again.

This unit worked quite well, providing good humidity throughout most of the house. After 6 months it just quit I tried all the tricks provided in the manual and elsewhere and nothing helped even full of water change the plug etc etc the unit simply has quit functioning.None of the communication links to lacidoll are functional.

Dislike: if you just keep it on auto without setting a setting for the humidity you will wake up with the surrounding items all wet. Heat mode still only produced cool mist. No handles to help carry heavy container after filling it with water so it made filling it a bit of a hassle. Not sure if it really worked to help humidify the room so not sure about its performance and the husband couldn’t tell if it helped out either.Likes:Easy to take apart and clean.It was pretty much assembled already and easy to use.Loved the simplicity of the appearance.The noise wasn’t too loud. Easy to fall asleep.

When you live in the desert climate, moisture in the air is lacking much of the time; especially in the summer months when we have the air conditioner going all day long. This humidifier is a great solution to dry, arid climates. The coverage is quite amazing. Our house is 2200 sq ft; this is sufficient. You may have some foggy windows if you are running it all night, but that just means it's doing its job. There are setting options that make this customizable, as well as a timer. Consider purchasing distilled water if you live in a hard water area. The unit is lightweight and quite portable.

I reallyDid like this product, but it's just too tedious to maintain seriously.Do you want me to dump 5 gallons in every single day that's crazy work

This humidifier is fantastic, it’s coming up on winter and my house is usually a static mess. This has definitely kept the static away. It holds a good amount of water, and I’m noticing I’m only having to fill it every two days with usually only 1 gallon. It holds the humidity in your house fairly well. This is a great purchase!!
