Arrived with two areas not stitched. Filling coming out.
My daughter was so excited for this to come, and it has two huge holes on each side of the bow that weren’t sewn shut. It’s something that I can fix but I don’t feel like I should have to pay full price for something that I have to finish making!

This WSHLLLFC Kawaii Kuromi Plush Toys Cute Kuromi Toys Anime Soft Doll Toys are Birthdays Holiday for Girls and Girls Fans (D) is quite cute. It's larger than a standard plush; especially, the head. This makes it difficult for it to stand up by itself. The first plush I received had een open seam. I'm not good at sewing and was afraid I wouldn't be able to hide my fix, so I contacted the helpdesk and I was automatically sent another version. It was easy and I didn't even have to talk to a person. So, I'm happy with the support and that makes me feel more comfortable ordering from the same company in the future.
