Absolutely love it. Small amount of heat which is what I like. The massage is a vibration that you can change the way you want. It also has a thirty minute timer so you can take a short nap.Irecommend this to anyone with back issues.

Soothes stiff muscles and aches and pains
This was purchased as a gift, the recipient was very happy with it as it was long enough for his tall body and worked wonders on his stiff muscles and aches and pains.

The comfort
It works well, except the motors dig in, so I just bouhhtb2 24x24 foam and put one in the back and on the bottom. Theitveorjed good. Customer service is good.

Happy for the first 3 months.
Worked great for 3 months. Now they make an awful noise that varies from a squeaking to a high pitched noise. We have tried flipping them around, not using them for several days, repositioning them and ourselves while using them, etc.Love the different settings and heat function; just wish they lasted longer than 3 months for the price point.

Bought this for my mom to help with her back pain. She loves it.

Might work for you.
Maybe I was sitting wrong or what but 2 of the massage balls made part of both sides hurt worse. I found them quite large. The heat inly has one setting which takes a long time to heat up. Other people may not have the same problems, as I have had several back surgeries and have hardware.
