I absolutely love this phone case it’s protect my phone from breaking… if this phone case is on your phone it okay…I will definitely buy it again.

I have left this product a 1 star reviewI purchased this item on Friday, October 25, 2024After shipping and receiving, I opened it on November 1, 2024.After purchasing and opening this product, ready to install (On Monday November 4, 2024) I noticed that there was a slight scratchish mark on the phone screen (not the exterior screen, like it was in the interior of the screen itself)This was obviously a manufacture error, like the screen was not adequately checked before shipping outComing from that mark however was something like an inkout or dead pixelsAfter installing the screen I recognized that, on that part of the screen you could still see behind it, but it was darkerSo it was essentially a little dark circle, (around 0.4 in diameter)However, throughout the leading days it has just gotten larger and larger, (As of Saturday November 9, it is now around a cm in diameter),Below I provided a screenshot that is showing the location of the mark and how the mark progressed, the reason from taking the screenshot in the first place was because I suspected that the mark was growing-the blue indicates the mark at the time of Thursday November 7-the red indicates the mark at the time of Friday November 8-the purple indicates the mark at the time of Saturday November 9Each day I would draw a line to see if the mark grew in width but it also has grown in height as it was not touch the top of the phone when initially installed (Monday November 4)And I also provided pictures that shows the marks location and verify the screenshotAt first I was okay with this, when it was so small, as I thought it was not going to expand.But after seeing that this mark is only going to get bigger and bigger I am very disappointed.This feels like it is an absolute waste of moneyWhat was the point of me buying something if it was already destined to be destroyed again?I want a refund or replacement!I will update this and change the rating if any thing comes out of this situation.
