Great tamper!
I am new to espresso. This tamper is excellent. It is easy to use. It has great quality. Comfy in hand, great weight to it, and its easy to change the springs (30lbs is perfect though). It has definitely improved my espresso shots. Would definitely buy again!

Works as expected
Nicely made and functional. It clicks at the preset pressure, leaves a nice imprint.It came in a beat up / thorn box inside an envelope 🤷♂️ Did not effect the tamper, though. It works great.

Arrived broken
Tried forever to get it to work. 😐 instructions dont make sense. The number on the manual doesnt work eitherEdit: the team reached out to me and not only sent me a new one that wasn't broken but redunded me as well. 5 stars for excellent customer service

Cheap quality
I own a busy coffee shop and this tamp couldn’t last 30 days. Nice looking, probably good for home use. Not heavy duty.

Tamper came with a huge crack but quality is good.
I liked the tamper quality and the click sound after tamping. But I was disappointed that it came with a huge crack which I believe will be bigger over use since I can see the bottom separating already. Didn’t pay almost $40 to receive a cracked tamper top. But it’s a hassle to return since I’m traveling.
