Item is good, if you have a sore shoulder.It works well and is quite good quality.

Not very effective, needs extra hands to put on comfortably, no ease to pain

Initially worked okay. Heat function good but the massage function wasn’t great and after just over a month that stopped working almost entirely.

I found it of great help for my shoulder. (wear and tear, inpigement) generally old age but old injury as well.When bad pain kicks in, 20 minutes of heat and massege takes the pain instantly for me. Highly recommended.
