Great product w clean ingredients. Love that it has all of the different magnesiums. The taste is great. Sometimes as it to a bottle of Propel. So easy to use and dissolves easily. My Mg levels have been great in all my recent blood tests. At 76 this is great news. Love this product.

Great flavor! Dissolves easily in a glass of water. I drink it about 1 hour before bedtime and it gives me a more relaxed sleep.

I got this specifically because it doesn't have stevia in it, I don't understand the reviews complaining about the taste of stevia in this product.. The raspberry lemonade flavor is delicious, it smells good just opening the jar. A frother really helps mix it, but it does have a slight "milky" flavor/taste that I don't mind but can understand if others don't like it. I use this to stay regular and help relieve muscle cramps, so far I am really happy with it. Just make sure to drink it with an additional glass of water (I drink 8oz of water, then this, then another 8oz of water) because it uses a lot more water in your digestive system.

This is a great magnesium. I take it every night, and it is not too sweet. It has 8 forms of magnesium and I definitely sleep better with it!

Bought the banana mango flavor. Nice enough but was quite sweet. Do feel that it has helped improve my ability to get to sleep faster and deeper. May buy the non flavored one next time and give that a try.

BIOptimizers is a wonderful product line that has helped me on the road to better health. I especially love their Magnesium products both powder and capsules. They regulate my bowels and sleep also. Great product!
