I was finding it really hard to find a collar that wouldn't deter or clash with my ginger / orange Tabby's coat. I also wanted attractive clasps that matched the collar and didn't deter from my cats color. This definitely delivered! I don't know why no one makes clasps that match the bands that aren't a very basic color like black or gray! This color is perfect and it was exactly what I wanted. The band is a little bit stretchy and it's slightly metallic. This band looks like a mixed color between tan, gold, and silver... That's the best way to describe it.I had no problems using the QR code tag reader at all and either did my husband. We have Android phones and not even the best cameras. The QR code is black printed on the back of the little cat tag. I will test this over time and make sure it still works.Someone wrote a review and said you had to write their name on the back of the tag in marker.... I have absolutely no idea what they are talking about about. The whole point is to not have to do that and have the person to to a website with the QR code to get your contact information. I might attach a bell to this collar because my new cat likes to sneak and get right under foot.I will agree that I had a hard time closing this clasp. There is a video of someone struggling to get it to close. You actually have to pinch it together and push extremely hard like while holding back the bands and just pushing. That is what I'm trying to show in the picture. I was afraid I'd break it if I did this, but if it didn't close I figured it was defective anyway 🤷‍♀️. I also was able to pull it back open, but not too easily and reclose it.When I put it on my cat, she tried to take it off and she bit it. She did leave teeth marks 🥴, but she didn't get it off and I told her she looked beautiful and she had a necklace like me now and I showed her my necklace and she quit messing with it.If this doesn't hold up, I will update this review, but so far so good for an indoor cat.

The media could not be loaded. I was going n the HUNT for a collar that didn’t look/ feel like it would be restrictive or uncomfortable for my baby. The material is elastic yet sturdy, the breakaway clasp is secure enough, the band is short so it doesn’t feel as though it will be an issue while he’s looking down or bending his neck.We’ve had this collar for a month now? maybe? and it’s the only collar he doesn’t pick on or mess with.— Added bonus: I was being super picky over the medallion that I wanted for his ID collar. Nothing was cute enough lol! But THIS medallion is cute & the QR code is super easy. Thankfully I’ve never had to use it, but it was super quick & easy to set up & register him online.

Tried to set it up as soon as it arrived. Scanned the QR on the collar per instructions, but my iPhone camera couldn’t detect the QR. Had someone else try it with the same results.I contacted the seller, and was advised to use the code scanner app on iPhone. After several trial and errors, was finally able to scan and register my cat’s info.Overall, the quality is ok and the pet is comfortable wearing it. Secure and stayed in place even at play.

Let me start by saying the collar is very pretty, but... it's completely useless by way of the qr code. I've read other reviews after receiving mine and some say to use a different qr reader not your camera. We'll that didn't work either. If it's not working for me how would anyone who finds my lost cat be able to use it??? Do NOT waste your money!!

i love this collar for my baby and easy on and off for me to take off kitty and adjust to fit nicely. wish that it came in a lot more plain colors.

There are several things I dislike about this collar, but let’s start with what I DO like.Love the simple non-tacky design, and how adjustable it is. It is truly a one size fits all without all that bulky fabric. I also love the scan feature and how much info you can put in their description (if it works). It pretty much ends there.Things I don’t like:1. I bought a black one for one of my cats a couple months ago and it now has these white fibers poking through. Not very durable.2. I bought the khaki one for my other cat and it’s more of a silver and dull pink than the cream-ish color in the photos.3. Last but not least, right out of the box, another persons animal was registered to the second one I bought. Now I have to reach out to their customer service and figure out how to wipe it.

The collar is very light weight and Pumpkin is a small cat, works great. Good value for the money would recommend .

I got this collar a month ago because I’m traveling with my cat for the first time. The collar itself it’s beautiful and breathable, very nice material although it was a bit hard to clip. I love the QR code feature, it works wonderful, the interface is user friendly and no need for subscription. I tried to scan the code to see how it works and it takes you a website with all the information and direct links to call or email the owner in case someone finds the pet. Overall I’m very happy with the product.
