Great flavor and quality! I’ve used the D3 Gummies just over a week, and can honestly say my estrogen levels are increasing. I suffered severe vitamin D deficiency, which stalled my cycle and since using the gummies, my body is getting back to normal. I hope to have updates on my improvements soon.

I'm so appreciative of these vitamins. I start my day with them. The benefits are amazing. I feel great. I'm no longer sluggish and I'm also well rested. When I get low on these, I panic. The great thing is that delivery is very fast and I don't have to worry that I will have to feel a lack of energy until they arrive.

I’m only giving it a 4 star based on the fact that I’m just a week in taking them. I love the taste of it and the size of it. There is no weird smell to it and I think the quality of it is amazing.

Delicious, I normally by vitamins and NEVER take them more than twice because I have trouble swallowing them and the gummies ive tried have been gross BUT THESE ARE DELICIOUS!!!!! FINALLY I get to take some vitamins!!! Im 48 years old, thats saying A LOT.

Building up my immune system and energy after a virus put me down for two + weeks!
I must say that I had been very tired and weak. I caught a virus that lasted two plus weeks! I was taking a multivitamin and calcium supplement every day but I still felt like my energy continued to decline. I decided to give Black Girl Vitamins a try. I haven’t even used them for quite a week yet and I am starting to feel better, like my energy level is better. I believe that my immune system is improving. I will definitely continue with taking them! The quality is great! I don’t have any side effects. I haven’t noticed any stickiness. They are definitely easy to swallow!
