J’ai utilisé une base noire, un vernis argenté magnétique Vishine sur le noir, puis un vernis jelly vert par-dessus ; et sur l’autre doigt, soit un jelly rose, soit un rouge — je n’arrive pas à dire, parce qu’ils se ressemblent tellement. Ils sont faciles à utiliser, sèchent en 90 secondes et deviennent super brillants avec un top coat transparent… tellement amusant ! »

I bought this Beetles Jelly Nail Polish because I wanted sheer, buildable colors for a layered nail polish look rather than just an opaque gel. I've used all 6 shades and I absolute love them all. I got these specifically for a layered look where I put Beetles cat's eye nail polish underneath and get like a really cool layered effect. I specifically got these for October for a vampire look with the cat's eye nail polish and then the red over top. he jelly effect is exactly what it claims to be. Each color is translucent and very glossy, and the pigment builds nicely with 2–3 thin coats without getting streaky. The pinks and red are especially pretty for soft or “glassy” nail looks, while the black and blue work well for tinting or layering over nail art. The consistency is smooth and not runny, which made it easy to control even near the cuticle. Curing was consistent under my standard UV lamp, and I didn’t have any issues with wrinkling or uneven curing when applying thin layers. The polish leveled itself well and gave a clean, shiny finish once sealed with a top coat. I was able to get the nail polish to last me two weeks, the only reason that I'm giving it 4/5 stars instead of 5, is because for my specific use of trying to layer it, these were a bit dark and it was hard to see the nail polish underneath sometimes, but, if you like that look these are absolutely amazing. The video I layered it with white nail polish, cat's eye, and then the red jelly, and the photo, I did black nail polish, cat's eye, and then the red jelly. Overall, I liked both looks for different reasons, would definetly recommend this product over anyother jelly nail polish. Also, Beetles nail polish has never done me wrong, they last sooo long.

Ive recently began doing my own nails at home, and Beetles just happened to be the brand I bought. I ended up really loving it, so I've been slowly adding to my collection ever since. I have quite the collection already, and this 6 piece jelly pack was a wonderful addition. I really, really like it. It goes on so easily, it isn't sticky, and is very durable, at least with a top coat. Ive never tried them without. Anyway, ive not had any chipping or anything like that. I love the colors so much. The photos are each color with 2 coats. The majority of them also look good with a single coat, particularly the darker shades like the black and blue, but I think they all look their best with 2 coats. They are stunning and have a crystal-like appearance. The bottle sizes are bigger than the little black ones that come in a lot of kits.. the starter kits in particular, but not as big as their larger, 15ml bottles. I believe these are 7.5ml each. I definitely like these square/rectangle bottles better than the black ones. Their quality is noticeably better. Anyway, this is one of my first jelly sets and its absolutely my favorite so far. I love the translucent look without it looking streaky. I can't wait to use the green and red soon for Christmas. Good purchase, for sure.
