Works Great! Thought my Eufy was dead for sure. This new battery made it good as new!

My Eufy 11s only runs for 33minutes with this battery. Sometimes it causes the Eufy to just stop dead. It doesn't have enough capacity to make it back to the charging station. The red light stays on after it fully charges which is an indicator that something is wrong the battery. This defective battery is going back for a refund.

Easy to install and now my robot is back up and running great!

Used on a Eufy vacum, but the vacune does not recogise the battery level, so it works until it dies somewhere

Perfect fit

This battery is exactly as advertised. It is a perfect fit for the Eufy Robovac 11 S. My original battery lasted for several years, but like everything else, needed to be replaced. This battery did the trick. The enclosed screwdriver made the switch very easy. One thing I suggest is you remove the dustbin before doing anything. Take this opportunity to disassemble the dustbin and clean it completely and let it air dry. This may also be a good opportunity to consider cleaning or replacing the filters. Also, completely dust the top and the bottom of the Robo, since you have to remove the battery cover plate. Remove of the existing battery and connecting this new battery was very simple and straightforward. Reattaching the battery cover was also simple with the included screwdriver. I urge you to return the Robovack to its charging base and allow it to fully charge before using. This is a simple and efficient way to prolong the useful life of a very useful product.

Worked once and then didn't recharge again

This 14.4V 2600 mAh Lithium-Ion rechargeable battery is the exact replacement for the Eufy RoboVac 11s battery. This replacement battery fit the Eufy RobVac storage compartment perfectly and the battery's electrical connector easily snapped into the Eufy RoboVac's wiring connector to complete the battery connection. There are other Li-Ion batteries that offer more mAh but I was concerned that their physical size may be too large and not fit into the Eufy 11s battery compartment. The shipping package also contained a small magnetized screwdriver to easily remove the tiny screws that hold the battery compartment cover in place and a brush to clean the Eufy battery compartment before installing the new battery. After I installed the new replacement battery in the Eufy RoboVac 11s, I turned on the RoboVac but the battery was completely dead so plan on a recharging time of 5-6 hours before you'll be able to use your Eufy RoboVac.
