It stores extremely well in sealed containers, even in humid environments, and mine has stayed fresh, white and crisp for nearly a year. The quality is consistently excellent, making it a staple in my kitchen.

I watch a chef on IG that always put a handful of the most delicious looking salt in her dishes and something about it looks so fluffy and special, you can just tell it's good even through the screen. That chef finally mentioned that she uses Maldon salt, which I was worried would be crazy expensive so I immediately searched for it and ordered it and was pleasently surprised by the price. It is something that will change all my meals and cooking for the better, which is a big deal that the meals I eat will now have a more special quality. The flakes are fine and dissolve well (so they combine in a dish well), yet you can feel a noticeable and slight salty crunch and punch of flavor when you come across a crystal you topped your food with. Not to mention, I looked up the statistics for micro plastic and metal content in this salt and it scored extremely well, especially for a product that isn't ultra refined/processed and doesn't have added components to it like most of the salt you find at the grocery store. It adds an element of whimsy and feels like a gourmet product which may sound odd for something as simple as salt, but that's the point - it's something you add to Every dish you cook from scratch and therefore makes a huge difference. From the size, texture, taste, this is an AMAZING product.

I absolutely love the Maldon Sea Salt Flakes. This salt has the best quality that I have found. The salt flavor gives it a taste of high quality. The flakes make a great finishing touch to cooking or baking. Think chocolate cookies finished with sea salt flaky topping! A little goes a long way as it does not take much to have that salty taste. The versatility of the flakes also crush well if you need a finer salt. After trying this salt we ditched all other table and sea salts! The price per size is beyond worth it as this salt last a long time. Highly recommend!

The Maldon Smoked Sea Salt tastes fantastic! Rich, smoky, and a great addition to everything. I’ve really enjoyed using it in my cooking. That said, I was disappointed with how it arrived. When I opened my Amazon box, the salt box was just tossed in there without any protective wrapping. As a result, the box was slightly crushed/dented/deformed and didn’t feel as premium as the product deserves. If I were the company, I’d definitely invest a little more in packaging to ensure the product arrives in better shape. I’d STILL buy it again, but I hope they improve the packaging!

I ordered this salt for a specific recipe and it was the first time using this salt. I was delivered quickly; was fresh and clean. I really like the flakiness of this salt. It is perfect for sprinkling on top of sweet treats, such as cookies, brownies, fruit crumble and etc. Very high quality. Good value for the money. I will purchase a again.
