not much really, slight vit taste but acceptable.

So much easier to take than pills.

This worked wonderfully! My Vitamin D was low per my GP and she suggested supplements. I chose this one and in less than a year my reading was doubled. We're both happy and I'm a customer forever.

I use it everyday. I put it in water or milk. Doesn't taste that bad. If I miss a dose I feel it. I start to feel sluggish. I already have bought this a few times. Yes I recommend it.

I guess it's my bad for not reading the label before I purchased but this product has 104,00 x the RDA of B12. So basically it you want to feel like you drank 10 pots of coffee then this product is for you. That amount is so unnecessary, even literally one drop made me feel spun out all day. Supplements are supposed to "supplement" a diet, not pump you so full of vitamins that you feel messed up.
