This pan is awesome. I've been using it to grill on my gas stove. It's surprisingly easy to clean too.

Awesome heat distribution, did New York Strip Steaks and came out Brilliant. Clean up was a little more with lubricant for the cast iron, but all good

You can’t get a better in house grill experience without cast iron and this pan is perfect for the task. The pan is easy to handle and is slightly heavier than the 10” skillet but worth the extra cooking space. Clean up is typical of cast iron and always easiest to clean as soon as it’s cool enough to do so. Trust me, I’m notorious for leaving dishes till morning…even though I can’t stand it LOL this pan has changed that routine just to save on extra scrubbing. This pan was made for stove/oven so it’s dipped in a glass/clear porcelain coating not designed for grills. This coating doesn’t handle uneven heat as well as non coated. So be mindful of that statement in care packet when choosing to use on grills. It’s harder to see if the pan is compromised vs traditional porcelain cookware. Caution aside, this pan lives on my stove and is my go to for all meats now (in house) I hope this helps some of you and happy cooking!

Its a decent little grill. Wouldn't say it's completely nonstick though. Also don't expect to cook large quantities on it. To its credit, I made a mean reverse seared steak with it the other day and It was delicious with some amazing grill marks.
