Pillow stayed flat

The most uncomfortable product in history, it is supposed to help you sleep better and it is far from that objective. It is too big, it does not fit in a bed. And if someone bought it like I did... throw it away... because returning it is not an option. The return shipping is more expensive than buying three times the product

After 24 hours the pillow which was compressed for shipping is still flat and without shape

It has a foul chemical smell and couldn’t sleep on in for more than 10 seconds. It is also rough to the touch.
