Huma Chia Energy Gel- Premier Sports Nutrition for Endurance Exercise (Variety, 24 Packets)

I have been trialing different brands of energy gels for over a year, where I suffer from brands with fructose making me sick. Narrowed down to Clif shot gels, but they still made me nauseous and I’ve just been putting up with that side effect. Finally.... these Huma ones work without any stomach issues. I’ve never experienced a 2.5 hr run before without being sick or girgly stomach. What a nice feeling to run and consume a energy gel and feel normal. They taste yummy too. I hope distribution of these in the UK continues. Highly recommend.

I love huma gels - the only gel I can take without stomach issues.

These gels are simply fantastic. The taste is absolutely natural, which is a huge improvement over other gels. The thickness is perfect, somewhere between a light jam and a thick syrup, making it easy to swallow in mid-run. I love that they're made of 100% natural ingredients, too. Absolutely fantastic.

Product great, ideal for endurance training. However, packaging appeared undamage but on opening box a couple of the gels had leaked out and everything was covered and sticky.

It was third delivery, all good, appears to be working well in my long endurance training sessions

Had to return because the best before date was in 6 weeks time.

Strawberry tasted like the jam used on school rice pudding! Brought a smile to my face on a long run. Different to the regular gels you get. Need to give them more of a go, but appear to do the job.
