I was initially skeptical about grounding products, but after reading more about the science and user testimonials, I decided to try the GroundingWell mat—and I’m really glad I did. Right out of the box, everything felt high quality. The mat is soft but durable, and large enough to rest both feet comfortably while I work at my standing desk. The 15-foot cord is a great touch—it gave me flexibility to place the mat exactly where I wanted without having to rearrange everything. Also, the 50K ohm resistor adds peace of mind for safety, which not all mats include. After about a week of consistent use, I started noticing a difference: Less afternoon fatigue (I usually hit a slump around 3 PM, but not anymore) Better sleep – I didn’t expect this, but I’ve been falling asleep faster and waking up feeling more rested. Slight improvement in foot and leg tension, especially after long hours standing. I use it barefoot, but it still seems to have some effect even with thin socks. One note: make sure you test your outlets for proper grounding (a cheap outlet tester works great) before plugging the mat

It’s always a good idea to know how to calm the breathing during anxiety with special breathing techniques like stretching the stomach when inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly. But the use of the grounding mat is also relaxing, like standing on grass barefooted, especially for those who may not have any grass to stand on where they live. This product does not perform as was advertised. The ad said it can be used if a person has Neuropathy which I have, I might as well use my front door mat.

After reading several articles on the benefits of grounding I decided to give this grounding mat a try. Easy to set up and use. Can use it standing with activity or while sitting watching TV or working at a desk. When I'm consistent with using it my varicose and spider veins show improvement.

I LOVE IT! I was very skeptical about "grounding" at first. I spent a lot of time online researching and reading what people were saying. Decided to purchase one and try it out, figuring that if I didn't like it, or it didn't work for me I could return it. The first couple of days I was only using it for a couple of hours in the evening, I did notice a difference in my legs. It was helping with the swelling and tight feeling that I had at the end of the day, thanks to a desk job. I then decided to put the mat on the foot end of my bed and all I can say is WOW. I woke up feeling so rested, not groggy, my legs felt great, all the swelling had gone down. I felt that I hadn't slept like that in years. I've had it for 3 months now and it is still on the end of the bed, and I still feel like it helps me to sleep better, feel more rested and help the circulation in my legs to reduce the swelling. In my opinion well worth the money I spent. Looking to purchase one that covers the entire mattress soon. I would say give it a try! One note, if you have any mechanical medical device such as a pacemaker, I believe it is NOT recommended for your use.

This grounding mat arrived quickly and was exactly as advertised but I'm not so sure it's helping with my neuropathy maybe with a little more time I'll notice a difference
