Customer service does NOT suck.
This is the best flashlight I've ever owned. It does exactly everything the box says. As far as im concerned, this is the only brand ill ever buy again. However, a few months ago, the led charging indicator stopped working, so i can't tell if it's charging, or if its done, or if it needs to be charged. Sent e mails to the company, and apparently, they couldn't be bothered to answer me. I give it five stars because its such an awesome light, but don't expect Anything as far as customer service. Kinda makes the warranty pointless and misleading. I might add that ive been careful with it, and it has not been mistreated in any way.Have to edit this because rofis customer service got ahold of me and sent me a new light, no questions asked. I still love this light, and because of their customer service, it will probably be my exclusive brand of flashlight from here on out. Frikkin awesome.
