Not ideal, no instructions
no instructions came in the tube boxes, would have been nice to know the strong fumes the white gel gives off. when rubbed near a joint, i felt no benefit at all, rub it on where there is extra fat, it almost gets too hot to be comfortuble. You need plenty of fresh air as the strong fumes can be over powering, I purchased 2 tubes with my order, they will both end up in the rubbish bin
