My First Book of Quantum Physics

Geat book. Helps to understand the basic principles of quantum mechanics. I have a degree in physics and worked as a nuclear physicist for 10 years. I still learnt a lot in reading and re-reading this book.

The book takes on a conceptually difficult subject and lays it out in an understandable progression. Great book for adults to read per discussions with children.

I bought the book for my 6 years old and he absolutely loved it! It is very well written accompanied with illustration suitable for young and grown ups to grasp the subject of quanta. I believe that is an ideal book for introduction to the awesomeness of quantum science.

Was a bit dubious because of the price but it is definitely worth it. Child friendly yet detailed and informative. Bought for and 8 and 10 year old but I also find it a good read!

Bought for grandson. Read it myself first and decided was out of my league. He loves it.

I bought it for my 7 yrs boy, we finished half of it in 1 day. Although the topic isn't simple, the illustrations made it a piece of cake for him. I also got the "relativity" one before and we finished it in 1 day too. Excellent job from the authors and illustrators

Brilliant book, everything's explained at the right level, so even if physics isn't your subject it is explained so you can understand it with diagrams. Interesting for all age groups. Definitely recommend.

I’m happy with the book. I like to share my interest in physics with the children in my life. So I’m always looking for books that explain it in a fun and easy way.

I feel like the adults reviewing this book going, "this is far too difficult for a child; even I, an adult, don't understand it!" should probably take some time to reconsider just how much smarter than a child they are.There used to be a show Called, "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?", and the answer to that question was frequently "No."Just saying...
