I can't comment on the effects of it as I have not used it consistently.But this powder doesn't have good dissolvability..it clumps and I had to break the clumps with my hand..it tastes decent enough..I will add about effectiveness once I use it consistently. I wish they would improve how it dissolves..because I hate effervescents..and prefer powders.

The product should be a powder but came hard . I would say very bad quality. Pls do not buy .
