I'm extremely impressed with its performance and quality. The fan is made of real wood, which gives it a natural, elegant look that complements any room beautifully. The fan is durable, providing excellent value for the price. Assembly and installation were a breeze. The instructions were clear, and I had the fan set up in no time. I purchased this fan for the bedroom of our shore house. We removed the old fan (with help from YouTube) & installed the new fan. Directions are a little confusing – just have some patience or hire a professional. *We have old wiring & high ceilings so we decided to ask a family friend who is an electrician to oversee the install. This fan is beautiful – great size for our room and very quiet! She arrived in perfect condition. The remote is great and was able to pair her with the app in 1-2 mins. The fan has (6) speeds, (3) dimmable light options, directional changes and so much more. 11/10 Recommend!

The fan and the blades looks much better in person than the pictures - high quality materials, sleek design with matt finish. The instructions were very easy to understand and the installation took less than 30 minutes. Wifi-control/Alexa ready is an awesome feature that I no longer have to hunt for the remote or get up in the middle of the night to turn the fan on/off. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Excellent product and responsive support team. Bought three fans at very good price. Very quiet. Purchased for the varied light colors and brightness. It’s enough to light a 12x12 bedroom . Plastic dome is a downside, but this is typical for the price range. Lost one remote and contacted the company noted on the instructions book. Responded in less than 24 hrs and resolved my issue quickly. Awesome!

This fan is beautiful moves a lot of air much to my husband’s surprise a little bit tight to work in all the wires making it a little difficult to hang but worked out when finished

Edited to add: This fan worked perfect for 2 months and then all of a sudden stopped connecting to the apps and Google Home. Now we can only use it with the remote and if we lose the remote we are SOL. You really need a tech support line to help your customers. This fan is exactly what we wanted and works perfectly. First, it looks very nice like real wood. It has so many features.. 3 different light colors, different dimming levels, 6 fan speeds and reverse. The best part is it can be set up with your Google or Alexa Home devices (see my video). It comes with a remote and can also be controlled by an app or the smart home devices.

I hired an electrician to install the fan. While it connected fine with electricity and the light went on, the fan was rubbing against something making an audible noise, then eventually stopped working. When the electrician took it down to assess the problem, it turns out the motor was angled as if it was bent. Their lack of quality control meant I paid $80 for an electrician to install it then take it down and pack it in a box. When I tried to return it, Amazon wanted to refer me to the Chinese seller. I insisted, and Amazon gave me a refund. Turns out it was a partial refund, as they charged me a restocking fee (meaning the next person that buys one might get my defective fan). After going through some trouble, Amazon eventually gave me a full refund, probably because I've been a Prime member for 13 years.

This fan works really well and is silent. The light is bright, the remote does what it needs to do, and the installation was easy. I especially liked the push-in wire connectors for installation. Wooden blades are very light, which is good I guess. I don't expect them to get whacked by anything and need more durability. I really like how I can control all the fan and light functions from Google home with voice commands. There are many different random Chinese fans like this, but the combo of low-profile light, tunable color temp and WiFi control make this one stand out.
