Sorry for the delay on review but shoulder surgery caused a little delay on using the product. Both batteries charged fine but only one worked when connected to the drone. Rechecked charge with the same result. Update: 17 Dec 18, The second battery now shows fully charged but when you put in the drone it fly's for a minute and then you get a low battery beep in the drone. Only does it with this battery. same results on this battery times 3. only used the battery 4 times and the other battery showed charged but didn't work at all. Batteries are made for this drone.

Manufacturing will never be a perfect process. Car, food, and product recalls are commonplace these days.Customer service however is simply an effort by the vendor to provide something their customers really want and need.That being said Reikirc provides excellent customer service.I emailed another vendor about an issue and I still haven't heard from them. I emailed Reikirc and I got a response in less than 24 hours.Their response was perfect and actually I was very pleasantly surprised.Would I buy from them again? With no hesitation.

The shipping was great came in 2 days.. but one of the battery did not hold the charge out of the box. one was damaged. If I start the return process I end up paying doble the price plus the shipping to Dominican Republic. Please.. before shipping a product to a custumer please check the quallity of the produc.. Im not going to waste my time wriring a negative feedback. the only reason of the 2 stars... is because one of the battery is good. just got the yesterdy... the negative wire need it to by soldier on one battery. there are the pictures.

The batteries were fine. They fit the Drone perfectly of course. They're not the largest capacity battery you can buy for this type of drone but they give a decent 10-minute flight with a camera. My only problem is the first time I crashed the battery won't charge so it got damaged somehow quite easily with no marks on it.

These batteries work perfectly in my Bugs 3. I had a small problem with one of the batteries and contacted the seller. This seller went above and beyond to take care of a customer. For that, and the excellent batteries, I give this item and the seller 5 stars across the board!

One of the four batteries I ordered, two packs of two, had a short in the wire, but was returned without problems. It’s something to be aware of and check as the drone those batteries are made for will come crashing to the ground if there is an interruption in power. The capacity of the batteries seemed on par with the originals.

Received the 2 batteries, only problem was one of them won't hold a charge very long, I get maybe only 5-6 minutes of flying time. The price was good for the product.
