When I first found this tea it was called "clogged duct tea" which is why I bought it. I was having terrible let down while breastfeeding and had developed Mastitis more than once. I was desperate for something to help with let down and keep me from getting clogged ducts constantly. I tried different sunflower lecithin products - which they all tasted absolutely terrible. I was so happy to find this tea. Compared to taking spoonfuls of sunflower lecithin liquids, this stuff tastes amazing.! It has an orangey vanilla flavor in my opinion. Which trust me, if you have tried straight sunflower lecithin, this tea tastes way better.As far as the clogged ducts go, this tea became a staple for me. I did NOT get it to help promote lactation, I needed to just get my milk to flow and stop the clogged ducts. This tea did exactly what I wanted. It helped with let down, it helped with clogged ducts, and helped me avoid more bouts of Mastitis.It is not a long term breastfeeding fix, but rather something to use in the moment when you need help with let down or clogged ducts.

Was worried it would taste gross. Has a nice mellow flavor I drink it twice a day happily. Wish there was a bigger bag I could buy with more than 15 bags. But the product is wonderful

Anything promoting lactation or helping increase milk supply is a lie. I didnt See a change not notice a difference just noticed how I wasted my money

It’s always so hard to tell if this alone helped my clogged ducts because I also massage, use epsom salt and ice it. It makes me feel better knowing there’s sunflower lecithin in it. The flavor is great and it smells citrusy.It comes in satchets which often break if you pull the string too rough or fast, so be aware. Otherwise, you end up with floating herbs in your tea.

After beginning to feel a clogged duct, I purchased the tea to help intervene. I drank the tea twice daily and noticed the clog began to recede. I’ll be keeping this handy for future use and it tastes great! I also love that it’s certified organic and vegan. Overall, great product!
