If you're thinking you need a medium, and you normally get a small get a small.
I am 5'3 and 139 lb. Do not get a medium get a small. Unless you like The middle section of a dress to be super loose. The arms were also too long for me. I purchased this on the idea of taking graduation photos in a vintage manner. It was perfect for this, but the fit was all wrong for me. And I did not have time to return, and get a different size so I went with a different option. But if you're looking for the vintage look for nursing this is it.

Bought for costume, looked great
This worked out great for our film project. It fit nicely and was of decent fabric... that still looked good and was ironable after 'tea-dye-ing' (Was a bright was, so we had to soak in tea to mellow out the tone for film). Very sharp.

Great Quality
I'm graduating from nursing school and will wear this dress for my pin ceremony at end of the month. I received the dress the next day after ordering and was very pleased of the quality. I wear a size 10 and the large fits perfectly

Usher uniform
I ordered to wear for church usher uniform. It was too large. I had to return it.

I should have read the reviews
This uniform is nice, but it’s not true to size. I’m a 16 and ordered a 2x and could not button the bottom up. Besides it being too small, the back has a belt and not made of elastic the way I like it. I’ll be returning this tomorrow

Great vintage style but a very strange fit
I love the vintage style of this dress, and the fabric is nice and thick (although it looks as if it might require a lot of ironing). The fit is quite odd, though. The shoulders and top above the bust are huge (and I have relatively broad shoulders). The skirt, meanwhile, seems to be made for someone with extremely narrow hips. Below the waist, the dress is rather skimpy. The dress is also a bit shorter than I expected (which I don't mind, actually). I'm not sure if I will keep it. For reference purposes, I am 5'4", I weigh 118 pounds, and my measurements are 34-28-36. I ordered size small.
