These wound dressing pads are perfect for a hip replacement incision. Absorbant and comfortable.

The size of these bandages is a great help on large injuries. Very high quality, generous size, very absorbent.

Perfect for semi-moderate to heavy exuding wounds. I’ve now used this product on 2 different family members with vastly different wound issues. The 1st time was for a post surgical colostomy surgery where the stomach incision had dehiscence. For the first few weeks the wound was heavily draining. This pad “held its own” between the 24 hour dressing changes. We continued to use this product as she successfully healed. We did downsize to the 4x4 as the wound decreased in size. I originally used the Cxxxd dressing until I couldn’t find it in stock so I bought this one. Once we started using the carbon dressing we never changed back even though the other product was available once again. The 2nd family member had a low to semi-moderate draining arm wound. The 4x8 was a bit of “overkill” for her wound. However, the pad easily captured all the drainage without issue. Additionally the extra padding was helpful in keeping her arm comfortable while she was in a splint. For this reason we continued using the 4x8 until the wound shrunk. Then we downsized to the 4x4. As I mentioned, I’ve successfully used this product on 2 different family members with different wound issues. Because it did its job so well I have no desire to try another product. I do wish they weren’t so expensive (long term) but it’s worth the price for the peace of mind. When both members had no issues between wound dressing changes, they both felt confident in the wound dressing and slept through the night without worry/fear the dressing would leak.

A little pricey but is sb excellent product

Does not stick to the wound
I had an open wound from surgery that would not heal. The bandages that I was given kept sticking and when it was time to change, it would open up again. These wound bandages did not stick, was very absorbent and allowed the would to breathe to heal. I am so happy for this product.
