Little over six months of use and now it won’t hold a charge unless it’s plugged in. Now I just have a stupid thick phone case smh🤦🏻‍♂️ UPDATE: to get a replacement you have to go through a third-party that makes it seem like it’s gonna be a seamless and painless replacement but then they tell you two weeks after you start the replacement process that they’re gonna need you to send the product. Why couldn’t you have just told me that in the beginning no I’m probably gonna be without a charger/case for a month due to having to send the product wait for them to process it and then send me the new one. This is absolutely ridiculous and I wish I could give a negative review not just one star negative stars. Oh yeah, and they make sure to charge you shipping and handling for sending in their defective item. Real Class act!

I had an iPhone 11 for four years with a Mophie case, after my iPhone 6S had one for many years before that. I was honestly disappointed in the 11’s case- battery life was bad, it wasn’t easy to charge (required USB-C instead of lightning), and it wasn’t comfortable. I debated getting a different brand case with my new iPhone 15 because of this. My friend also had two of the same Mophies and moved to a different, non battery case for his new phone. I couldn’t get away from the security blanket of having the battery backup, so I ordered a new Mophie for the iPhone 15 after all. They addressed all of the design flaws from 11 version- better bottom corners that won’t break off, more robustness around the buttons, a raised lip all around the screen, and best of all, integrated charging with one plug. I’m very happy with my new Mophie and I think I’ve used the battery in it more in the first couple months than I did in all four years with the old one!

Works as advertised. Makes the phone a little bulky. Charges about a battery’s worth. Easy to install. Easy to use.

Overall, this is a very solid case, and I do like it a lot, but there are ways it can and should improve. I'll start with positives, I've had this case for going on 6 months now, and feel like I have had a decent amount of time to review it. Personally, I do not feel that the case is very bulky or heavy as you would think. I work 2 jobs and sometimes my days can be 12-14 hours long, so without this case, my battery can get dangerously low if I have no charger handy. This case does as it says, it'll recharge about 50%, and it is pretty quick to do so as well. This case can be a hack for traveling because there is no need to carry another power bank in your backpack or pocket, just push the button to recharge, and you are good. The cons or ways they can improve this case: 1.) The case does not support pass-through charging (So it will charge your phone first, then the power bank, but not both simultaneously like some powerbanks can. 2.) Audio does not travel through usb-c, so you cannot plug to aux and listen to music, can only be Bluetooth. Might not be an issue for most, but one of my cars does not have Bluetooth radio and it is a pain to take out the case and connect so I can listen to audio via the phone. 3.) The power button to begin the charge is a push button and is on the back of the case, many times I've accidentally pressed it and started the charge without knowing. It would be nicer if was a switch that was more difficult to turn on accidentally. Overall even with the cons I would still buy this case again, it's better than the alternative of having to carry an extra charging cable and wall mount and or power bank. This case gets me through very long work days, I just haven't tested it during a long travel day when I'm using my phone more taking photos, getting directions and such.

Seems to be doing its job. One thing Mophie doesn't say anything in their instructions but I got out of a YouTube video is that for turning off the juice pack, you do the same as for turning on, which is to press and hold for 2 seconds. The lights will flash in the opposite direction to show it's now being turned off. Otherwise a pretty good product.

Love mophie chargers, have had several over the years. I wish they made a 4000mah for the iPhone 7 as this one will barely give me a full day charge, not great for traveling. It's fine if you charge it every day.

I have an iPhone 7 and it doesnt fit properly. The sound buttons press themselves sometimes because the top piece is too tight. I stepped into my car door getting out and the corner cracked a bit. My iPhone 6 Mophie case worked much better on my iPhone 6 for almost 5 years! Very dissapointed. Gave it 2 stars because the mute button is better accessable and the colour looks good.
