Fantastic quality

It is a quality lap pad. This is something my daughter has stared using to help her sit still in class. It does the job and it doesn't stand out as a distraction for the other kids. She likes the softness and the size which folds over her lap with room on either side. She is about 5ft.

This has helped soooo much We tried the blankets and they didn’t help my daughter sleep She’s autistic and she needs the weight In OT they recommended a smaller size so this is the one we went with She just lays it on her torso and sleeps the entire night she used to wake up like clock work at 3am for so many years It’s soft the weight is perfect for her she’s almost 8

If you are looking for a 'portable' weighted pad then this will do the trick. It is small, so this is not a multiple purpose blanket. We have found it to be soft, a good weight for the lap and the lavender scent is not overpowering. It feels nice to the touch as well as on the lap. There are small polka dot like pieces of material to add another sensory factor. This one would be good for travel or even the bus for someone who needed a little extra grounding. Overall, this is a very good weighted blanket and my only con would be the price tag, but these kinds of things are often pricey.

This fits in an adult's lap. It's obviously weighted. It seems a bit expensive, in that at time of review, it's $53.99. You can get a weighted blanket to fit a queen sized bed for the same price. Hence, in my view, the value just isn't there to justify this.
