I have an awful time trying to get and stay asleep. I was sceptical of this device! However, I used it for a week and was asleep before it stopped, it turns off automatically after 20mins. I slept through the whole night as well.It says to hold it which I don't, it rests in my hand, under my pillow, so my head presses it into my hand.It easy to use with different modes and an intensity selector.It has a lovely feel to it which makes you want to have it in your hand.To me it's worth it's cost, sleep is precious!I'm genuinely surprised it did anything, it may not work for everyone but if you struggle I think it's worth a try.

I’ve no idea how anyone is relaxing, never mind sleeping holding this. It’s a very uncomfortable, repetitive, electric shock deliverer - on the lowest setting! The wrist strap must be required because every instinct you have screams to remove the horrible sensation of the current from your palm, it’s actually painful to hold. Warning to anyone with anxiety, the horrible fast zapping sensation actually simulates the feeling that you’re having a panic attack with your pulse racing! Horrendous product, returning.

After months of my stepson not going to bed until 1am some nights I was recommended this by a friend. Worked brilliantly the first and second night, but he lost it somewhere in his bedroom after that....My husband had tried to make it sound fun and referred to it as a taser which really didn't go down well when I dropped him at school the next day and he told the teachers I tasered him at bedtime 😂

I have used used this device for the purpose of sleeping as well as to help regulate my mood. I can so far say it's a brilliant device as It uses microcurrent to help relieve stress. It stimulates the cerebral cortex via microcurrent to regulate your mood. This has overall made me feel so much calmer and relaxed.However, it can take a few attempts for you to get used to but the good thing is, you can change the buzz to the level that is suitable for you.I have also noticed, that my sleeping has improved. Since I bought this device, the pulse has stopped my mind from wandering at night which in turn has allowed me to have a good deep sleep.Overall, it is a brilliant device. Easy to use, fits your palm perfectly and very reasonably priced.

I found this little device works a charm. Used it a few nights and I sleep like a log. Charged a second time, and now not working. Will return as I expect it to work longer than a week!

I have tested this sleep aid device for about a week now as suffer from sleep issues but at first did not find it of much benefit, however, sticking at it it does in fact appear to help me sleep deeper and be able to get off to sleep faster. Whether this is psychological or not, I am not sure yet, so will continue testing before I make a definitive answer. It looks good quality (rubber and metal contraction) and sturdy device, but found the instructions quite vague and very small print, and seems as if it should have a mode button, rather than just plus and minus buttons (maybe this will happen in the future). I am assuming the sleep options are on the lower end of the scale and other functions you have to increase the amount using the plus button. It gives off what I feel and small electric vibration which can get rather annoying at first but after a period of time get used to it, but is not uncomfortable.

Delivered quickly and came in professional packaging, which is always a good start. This is an interesting device, whether or not it can be compared to a Tens machine is debatable, but I guess the basic principle of operation is ‘similar’; but likewise Tenns machines don’t eradicate pain for everybody.I have used the device but would need to test it further to make a fully balance opinion. It certainly produces the micro pulses as described, I think it may need fine tuning to ascertain the correct pulse magnitude to deliver sleep enhancement. I am unconvinced that the strap layout is the most efficient as it still relies on you holding and squeezing it, as opposed to the strap independently holding the device firmly against your palm.As a side, my kids enjoyed challenging each other to touch it on full power. They won’t be doing it again!I will update my review as the nights of counting sheep pass and I get more data.

I had previously purchased one to help with a sleep problem but it failed to switch on after a couple of weeks. It had been really helpful so purchased again, same thing happened! In the meantime I had purchased one for a friend who has a sleep problem, this on didn’t even switch on! Unfortunately she didn’t let me know until a couple of days ago so can’t send back. In built fault comes to mind!
