Air flow is very low.The upper cover of the item is not fit due to which unable to keep water cool and sometimes air pass stops after 3-4 days of use and the speed of the air is very less.very poor product quality. I tried to return that item and once it accept my return request automatically after few seconds it shows not eligible for refund.Vendor policy is very poor.i had lost my money due to Amazon and such poor vendors due to fake return policy

Product is not in working condition, want to return or replace, yesterday customer care agreed to return the money but no written intimation has been conveyed to me /e-mail.I have conveyed the same day.Consumer Court needs to take cognitive action to safeguard the consumers interest.

First of all they sent a totally different colour then what it showcased...I did not want white. 2nd the mini fan is not suitable for humans but small creatures like a hamster, rabbit,pocket dog ,small birds or tortoise......waste of money and u can't even return it unless it's damaged......so they knew that the product is pathetic.
