Can’t live without this ashwagandha supplement! The dose is super high and high quality which is evident from the spicy flavor, but it doesn’t taste bad or upset my stomach at all. Some people might be sensitive to the spiciness but I actually like it. There really is no odor which is nice. I’ve been using this supplement for over a year and have noticed a reduction in anxiety (meditation and exercise help too) and have been having less insomnia, both of which I’ve suffered from since childhood. This product has the highest dose for the best price of any supplement I’ve seen, and it’s really easy to take. Just once a day under the tongue and it lasts all day! Great quality product for a good price!

I have been ordering 2-packs of these for probably 6 months now. Ashwagandha is great because it helps with lowering anxiety, while increasing energy - think of it as a less intense coffee/caffeine, but without the jitters/crash. But if you are taking an Ashwagandha supplement that your body can’t really absorb and utilize, well, that defeats the purpose, doesn’t it? This brand has been more effective for me than capsules (that may have a higher actual dosage) because it is 1) an extract (easier for your body to absorb than Ashwagandha root powder), 2) liquid (easier to absorb than capsules/tablets with pressed powder), and maybe most importantly, 3) Liposomal. The difference between Liposomal supplements and regular supplements, based on my understanding, is they include Phosphatidylcholine, a “liposome” derived from sunflower, that somehow helps your body’s cells better absorb the active ingredient. Apparently Phosphatidylcholine itself has numerous benefits also - it helps cognitive function, helps cholesterol, and helps detox your liver by decreasing the buildup of fat in your liver. If all that isn’t enough, this supplement also includes a generous 10mg of Black Pepper extract - so a 4th attribute to help increase absorption, and it includes 5 billion CFU of 2 different Probiotics. This stuff works for me. No, it does not give me some superhero jolt of limitless powers and solve all of my life’s problems (like a lot of supplement advertisements these days make their products sound like they will do...) But it gives me a noticeable yet manageable boost of energy and helps curb some of my daily anxiety. I noticed a slight improvement when I first began taking it, but the effect seemed to gradually increase throughout the first couple weeks of taking it every day - so don’t give up on it if you’re not blown away immediately.

The liposomal form seems to make a difference because it works gently but effectively. It has become one of my favorite supplements for mental clarity.

Ashwagandha has so many healthy properties. I am already on so many medications for other disorders, but I really wanted to add it to my regimen for its benefits. Great product. An definitely tell a difference in my digestive tract taking this. It does help calm my nerves as well. Took about a week to get into my system before I felt the effects of it. Will buy again.

When it's good it's very good. Helps with energy, focus, mood. When it's not it's really not. Very inconsistent. Some batches are definitely better than others. Some seem to be just flavored water.
