Helpful, quick guide for PMHNP clinicals
Purchased this while in PMHNP school and found it to be a valuable resource. It took a bit of getting used to - you need to read it in terms of what you are treating and not searching specific medications - but once you figure that out it's very helpful. I take it to clinical as a quick reference and foresee myself continuing to use it in the future.

Very useful for residents and new attendings
This book is an excellent resource and serves as a great starting point for further learning, especially when you refer to the cited papers. I highly recommend it; it’s one of the key books I suggest to medical students interested in psychiatry, as well as to the residents and fellows I supervise.

The missing chapter from the previous edition are back and even better !!!!
The 2024 condensed psychopharmacology book is a complete companion for clinician and student. I have both previous editions and this one is addressing the missing chapters of the 2020 edition. The great chapter on substance abuse is back! and even better and more developped. Thank you! Thank you! for this! I like the detailed complementary and alternative therapies (CAM) addition to some chapters (that could be developed in future editions like Saffron - compared to Methylphenidate and Equine therapy and Neurofeedback for ADHD, Ashwagandha and SAMe for anxiety and cognitive dysfunctions, Methylene Blue, Tudca, Probiotic, Water fasting serious researches - CBC oil for sleep disorder, NAC benefits for patient with schizophrenia and drug addictions and so on …). There is a lot of possibilities when one dives into evidence base practice research. Thank you for this new edition!
