Recess Mood Magnesium & Adaptogen Drink, Relaxation Beverage, 12 Ounce (Tropical Bliss, 12 Pack)

I'm a big fan of this beverage. It's a great replacement for a glass of wine, while still giving you a mellow, calm feeling. The drinks come in lots of flavors, so far I have liked them all! They are low in calories, usually 15-30 calories per can. I usually have one with dinner and find I have no "hot flashes" like I do with wine, it does not stain your teeth, like red wine does, and it helps me to fall asleep better. I wish they were more available in stores, but luckily Amazon delivers them to my door! Yay!

Great way to supplement magnesium for individuals who run low in magnesium or for individuals who find migraine relief/ pain relief from higher amounts of magnesium supplements. I found this product to be relaxing and tasty. Taste is light and it is carbonated so if you’re not into mild flavor carbonation drinks than this might not be for you. It definitely helps me relax, sleep better and magnesium is great for pain relief and helps keep you regular also lol tmi I know , but this drink really can be helpful as a treatment option for ailments. It’s also a great replacement drink for those who do not drink alcohol but want to have a drink with friends. It will not give you a buzz or anything like that but it definitely has a chill factor to help you relax. Wish it wasn’t so pricey but it’s pricey no matter where you purchase it. Its a decent supplemental drink and is on my repurchase list.

These arrived yesterday, and I had my first one last night. The strawberry is delicious. And it was effective. I slept like a champ last night. I look forward to trying the others.

If you are struggling to get adequate levels of magnesium and potassium this is a very pleasant way to fill that need. It is one of the more pleasant tasting sparkling waters and has a good amount of helpful ingredients. As a major plus it is one of the few flavored sparkling waters that does not contain stevia or erythritol. The biggest con is that it is outrageously expensive.

I like the flavors of this product. I don’t feel any extreme change in attitude or personality. It’s not like eating mushrooms. With this drink, you get the benefit and relaxation without side effects like alcohol.

I really love these. Every flavor in this variety pack tastes good and none of them are overly sweet, which I appreciate. I usually drink one in the evening before bed and it’s become part of my nighttime routine. They’re light, refreshing, and don’t have that weird artificial taste some calming drinks have. I also love that they’re gluten free since I have Celiac, so I don’t have to worry about that at all. Honestly, I haven’t had a bad flavor yet and the sampler pack is a great way to try them all.

I wanted to love this and I feel that the marketplace has a place for a healthy drink like this that tastes good with a calming effect from magnesium and adaptogens... But this product does: -give me headaches from time to time (concerning side effect) -have major production issue where the ink on the can comes off on my hand (check my video) or the cans are dented -cost ALOT for what you are getting (a beverage) I feel this company is on the right track, but some major quality assurance issues have me wanting to press on the breaks.
