All parts were included. Seems to be sturdy.

Installation was straight forward; however, a piece broke during setup. Contacted Aolemi who shipped a replacement piece at no charge. Really like the quarter turn valves, no leaks and has held up so far in tough beach environment.

You never know about the build qualityOf all this stuff but I was very impressed with the materials.All of it it had a nice even finish and seems to be made well. Nothing feels cheapAbout it- especially for the price.The faucets both turn in to turn OFF which is funny but I’ve seen that before. Faucets all turn smooth and tight and looks to have quality o-rings.See how long it lasts outside !Pretty stoked.Of course I nicked the paint on the fasteners but I expected that using a pipe wrench on the NPT connectors.

We bought this shower head a year ago and loved it—especially during the summer! The handles worked smoothly, the water pressure was strong, and it made post-pool showers with the kids super convenient. Unfortunately, when we turned the water back on this summer, we noticed leaking from the pole and at the top where the extension piece connects. It’s disappointing after just one season of use, especially since it was such a hit last year.

Had issue with a outdoor shower that I ordered a year ago and I reach out to company for help and they didn’t hesitate to respond and help. I had new one sent to me in the same week.
