Charlaina, I have been using this product for years. I love it! I have naturally curly hair. It really enhances my curls, and I feel like it keeps the frizz down for me.

I have natural curly hair but I think it would work on permed hair too.

Q: Can you use it on dry hair?

I use it to wet and then blow dry my hair.

Q: Can I use this prior to curling my hair with a curling iron to better hold my curls? or is it gonna be too sticky and greasy?

This is a detangler, so it's not sticky or greasy. I used it on wet hair to just let air dry. If you're using curling iron, make sure hair is dry first.
